Simon Sinek

Simon Sinek is a British-American author and speaker on leadership whose 2009 TED talk, built around a single idea he calls the Golden Circle, became one of the most watched talks ever recorded. His argument is that people and organisations that start with why, their purpose, rather than what they sell, inspire loyalty in a way the others cannot. The books that followed, among them Leaders Eat Last and The Infinite Game, extend that thinking into how leaders build trust and play for the long term.
