Patrick Lencioni

Patrick Lencioni is an American writer on management and teamwork, best known for The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, a business fable about why capable groups of people underperform together. He writes most of his books as narratives rather than frameworks, on the theory that people remember stories and forget models. Death by Meeting and The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive follow the same form. He founded the consulting firm The Table Group.
