Neil deGrasse Tyson

Neil deGrasse Tyson is an American astrophysicist who has become the country’s best-known science communicator, directing the Hayden Planetarium in New York and reaching a mass audience through the Cosmos television series and his StarTalk podcast. His books do the same work on the page: they take cosmology, the death of stars, the shape of the universe, and make it graspable for readers with no background in physics, without diluting the science.
