Cheryl Strayed

Cheryl Strayed is an American writer and podcast host best known for Wild, the account of the eleven hundred mile solo hike she took along the Pacific Crest Trail in her twenties, after her mother’s death and the collapse of her marriage. Tiny Beautiful Things collects the advice column she wrote anonymously as Sugar, which is blunter and more forgiving than the genre usually allows. She has also published the novel Torch.
