The Other Woman

Emily thinks she has found the right man in Adam, until she meets his mother Pammie, whose devotion to her son leaves no room for anyone else. What begins as a recognisable comedy of a hostile mother-in-law hardens into something colder as the sabotage escalates and Emily starts to wonder what the family is actually protecting. Jones keeps the reader unsure whose account to trust, and pays it off with a late turn that recasts the whole relationship.
