How Google, Bono, and the Gates Foundation Rock the World with OKRs
John Doerr's 2018 book on OKRs, the goal-setting framework he learned at Intel from Andy Grove and later brought to Google.
Investor John Doerr wrote this book about objectives and key results. He met the idea in a 1975 course taught by Andy Grove while working in sales at Intel, and by 1999 he was at the venture capital firm Kleiner Perkins, where he introduced it to Google. He recommends that an organization aim for a 70 percent success rate on its key results.
