Lucky
A lifelong con artist is left holding a winning lottery ticket she cannot cash without revealing who she is.
Lucky has been running cons with her father since childhood, and when the latest one collapses she is left alone with a lottery ticket worth a fortune and no safe way to claim it, because cashing it means showing a face the police are looking for. Stapley uses the ticket as a clock and fills the waiting with the story of how Lucky was raised into this. Brisk, sad, and better on fathers and daughters than the premise suggests.

Reese Witherspoon
This is such an electric story about an unconventional heroine who is on the run from her past with a winning lottery ticket that could change her future.
