Jakuta Alikavazovic spent a night locked inside the Louvre and wrote this short book around it, moving between the empty galleries and her father, a Bosnian immigrant who took her there as a child and asked how she would go about stealing the Mona Lisa. It is a memoir about exile, museums and inheritance, and it won the Prix Medicis essai.
