The Psychology of Optimal Experience

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi · 2008

Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi's 1990 study of optimal experience and the state of full absorption he called flow.

Psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi set out his theory that people are happiest in flow, a state of concentration or complete absorption in the activity at hand.
