Women After All
Sex, Evolution, and the End of Male Supremacy
An Emory anthropologist argues that evolution and biology point to the end of male dominance, in a Norton paperback.
Melvin Konner is an anthropologist who teaches at Emory University. In this book, subtitled Sex, Evolution, and the End of Male Supremacy, he argues that sex scandals, financial corruption and violence are overwhelmingly male, and that this follows from what men are, not merely from who held power. W. W. Norton published it in 2015. Louise Erdrich says its conclusions give her hope.

This year was a promotional campaign for this book. The writer is a professor in the Program of Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology at Emory University. His conclusions give me, well, hope.
