Jamie Lee Curtis is an American actress, producer and children’s author. The daughter of actors Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh, she broke through as Laurie Strode in John Carpenter’s Halloween and became known as a scream queen, while also starring in comedies such as Trading Places, A Fish Called Wanda and True Lies. She won an Academy Award for Everything Everywhere All at Once.
