Gillian Anderson collects anonymous letters from women about their sexual fantasies, gathered through her Dear Gillian project.
In 2023 Gillian Anderson launched a project with the publisher Bloomsbury, inviting women to write to her about their sexual fantasies. Want, published in September 2024, gathers those anonymous letters into a book. The result is a collection of women’s desires told in their own words, with Anderson as the person they wrote to.
